What happens to your files on Printifi
Who can open a file you send to print, and when it's deleted: six hours after you collect the order, with every copy made to print it.
By Printifi
Sending a file to print means trusting someone with it. Here is exactly what Printifi does with yours.
Who opens it
The desk you send it to — and every desk on Printifi agrees to open a student's file only to print it.
When it goes
- Six hours after you collect the order, the file is deleted automatically — with the cover-sheet copy, the front-page picture and the printer PC's copy.
- Files you keep in your Stored library stay until you delete them; deleting one deletes its copies.
- An upload that never became an order is removed within a day or two.
What the desk sees about you
Your name and roll number so the right person collects the right job, and your phone number if you added one — only while the order is live.
The privacy policy has every detail, and deleting your account removes your files and details at once.
