Run your print shop's desk on Printifi

Printifi brings students' print orders to your counter with the files ready, the options chosen and the payment settled or on its way. You stay an independent shop: your prices, your hours, your paper.

What you get

• A queue of orders, each with its files, pages and options — and a token the student shows to collect.
• Your own rate card: per page, colour, both sides, bulk, stapling, extras and a cover sheet.
• Payment by your own UPI, in cash at the counter, or online through Printifi.
• Staff on their own sign-ins, with a PIN to start a shift in a tap, and an Activity record for owners of who did what.
• A shelf for ready orders, stock counts for paper and toner, and your takings.
• Students' ratings of what they collected — the stars and their words, never their names.
• Printifi Agent, an optional monthly add-on that lets your shop's PC print jobs by itself.

Getting started

1. 1Apply from the desk site — any print or stationery shop can.
2. 2Once you're accepted, set your prices, hours and where students find you.
3. 3Say how you'd like to be paid, open the desk, and orders start to arrive.

What it costs

Your first month carries no platform fee. After that, Printifi's fee and any monthly plan are set out in the terms for desks, and shown in the app.
