Our story
Started in Chandigarh, in 2026.
Printifi was founded by Ansh Tyagi in Chandigarh, India, in 2026. It exists so that printing something on campus doesn't mean standing in a queue at the counter, handing over a pen drive, or guessing the price.
So Printifi puts the whole order on your phone — the file, the price, the payment — and lets the shop print it before you arrive. Every desk on Printifi is an independent print or stationery shop that sets its own prices and hours; Printifi brings them the orders, ready to print.

What people ask about Printifi.
- Who founded Printifi?
- Printifi was founded by Ansh Tyagi, who runs it today.
- Do I need an account?
- Not to look around — you can see every desk and its prices without one. To place an order, sign in with Google; your orders, receipts and stored files stay together.
- What can I print?
- PDFs, photos (JPG, PNG, HEIC) and pages you scan with your phone's camera — save a Word or PowerPoint file as a PDF first. Choose black & white or colour, one side or both, the copies and the pages.
- How do I pay?
- Pay the shop by UPI from any app, or in cash at the counter. Where a shop takes online payment, you can also pay through Printifi by card or any UPI app, and the order is confirmed the moment it lands.
- How will I know it's ready?
- Your order page shows every step, and you're told the moment it's ready — a notification on your phone, and on WhatsApp where you've turned it on. Show your token at the counter to collect it.
- What if my order can't be printed?
- You don't pay for what isn't printed. If the shop declines it or can't print it, or you cancel before printing starts, money paid online through Printifi comes back to what you paid with by itself; money paid to the shop, the shop refunds.
- Does Printifi cost anything?
- There's nothing to sign up for or subscribe to. You pay the shop its own price for each order, plus Printifi's small fee where it applies — always shown at checkout, before you order.
- Can my shop join Printifi?
- Yes — any print or stationery shop can apply to run a desk on Printifi. You set your own prices and hours, and orders arrive ready to print.
