Refunds on Printifi: what comes back, and how

If the shop declines your order or can't print it, or you cancel before printing starts, you don't pay for it. Here's how the money comes back.

Paid online through Printifi

Refunded in full by itself, to what you paid with — no asking.

Paid to the shop

The shop refunds it, the way you paid. The app then asks whether it reached you: "I got it" settles it, and "Not yet" tells the desk.

Printifi credits

A credit spent on an order that isn't printed comes back to you. Unused credits are refunded in one tap from your profile.

Printed and not collected

A job cleared from the shelf as never collected was printed, so what was paid for it isn't refunded. The refund policy has every detail.
