Run the counter as a team: owners, staff and a PIN

A busy counter has more than one person behind it. Every desk on Printifi can have its own team.
Owners and staff
Owners set rates, payment details, hours, extras and staff, pair devices, record refunds and see the takings. Staff run the queue: accept, print, hand over, message students, count stock. An owner adds someone with a join code made in the app.
A shift in a tap
On a paired desk device, a shift starts by tapping a name and typing a PIN — no password at nine in the morning. Five wrong tries lock it for five minutes.
Who did what
Owners see the desk's Activity: who confirmed a payment, recorded a refund, declined an order, opened or closed the desk, or changed its prices and settings — written as it happens, kept for a year.
