Know the moment your print is ready
Your order page follows every step live, and Printifi tells you the moment it's printed — a notification on your phone, and on WhatsApp if you like.
By Printifi
No refreshing, no asking at the counter. Your order tells you where it is.
Every step, live
Your order page shows each step as the desk takes it — placed, printing, ready — the moment it happens.
Told when it's ready
A notification on your phone the moment it's printed, and a WhatsApp message too where you've turned it on.
On the screen at the counter
A desk may show tokens on a screen at the counter, so you can see when yours is ready. The screen shows tokens only — never names.
Something wrong?
Raise a request from Help on the order and talk it through with the desk in the app. You're told when it replies, and when it closes the request.
