Your token and QR
Every order has a token and a QR code. Whoever shows the QR collects the job, so treat it like the ticket it is.
The right pile, every time
Jobs come out under a labelled first page — your token, your first name, the pages and settings, the shelf slot — so the desk hands you the right pile. Where a desk uses a shelf, your order shows which slot it's in.
Don't leave it too long
A job left on the shelf past the desk's window is cleared as not collected, and you're told. Because it was printed, what was paid for it isn't refunded.
