Printifi announces Assignments: sent from your phone, brought to you

Chandigarh, India — Printifi now runs a second service beside printing: Assignments. A student sends what an assignment asks, when it's due and where to bring it, and Printifi takes it from there. It's Printifi's own service, not a print shop's.

How it works

1. 1Send what's asked, when it's due, where to bring it and a number to reach you on — with any files that help, like the question or your notes.
2. 2Where Printifi has set a price a page, say how many pages it should be, see the price, and pay before it's sent — online, or with your Printifi credits.
3. 3Printifi sees it, arranges a writer, and tells you each step — in the app, by push and on WhatsApp.
4. 4Printifi's runner brings it to the place you gave and scans the QR in your app at the handover. You can move it, or pin it on the map, until it's delivered.
5. 5Where Printifi puts the finished file in the app, you're told, and download it from the assignment.

What's built in

• Cancel until a writer is on it — and cancelled before it's delivered, what you paid comes back by itself.
• Its files, what you sent and the finished work, are deleted 30 days after it's delivered or cancelled.
• No print shop sees it; Printifi's runner sees only what it takes to find you.
• Once it's delivered, you can rate it — one to five stars — for 30 days.

Students are responsible for how they use what's delivered, including their institution's rules on the work they submit.
